Commercial Use Policy
Use SeeAPI to build products, serve your customers, and create content for commercial projects.
Commercial Use Is Allowed
SeeAPI allows commercial use of its API. You can integrate SeeAPI into your own applications, websites, and workflows, including services offered to paying customers.
Examples include:
Subscription-based applications with AI-powered features.
Services that charge customers per generation or use credits.
Content creation tools for businesses and individual creators.
Client projects and internal business workflows.
Do I Need Separate Authorization?
You do not need separate commercial-use authorization from SeeAPI solely because your application charges its end users. This includes integrating the API into a paid image or video application.
These integrations remain subject to the SeeAPI Terms of Service and any applicable conditions for the model you choose.
Model-Specific Conditions
Commercial-use conditions can vary by model. A model may have additional requirements concerning attribution, permitted uses, or the use of generated content.
Before launching a commercial feature, review the documentation and applicable terms for your selected model. SeeAPI’s permission to use the platform commercially does not replace any separate permission required under those terms.
Your Inputs and Generated Content
When using SeeAPI commercially, make sure you have the necessary rights and permissions for the materials you submit and how you use the results.
For example, using someone’s photo, likeness, voice, or copyrighted work may require permission. Permission to use the API commercially does not itself grant rights to those materials or authorize an endorsement by a person or brand.
Commercial Use and Content Review
Commercial use is subject to the content rules applicable to your selected model. A request may still be restricted or declined based on its content, even when it is part of a permitted commercial application.
A successful generation also does not, by itself, establish that the result is cleared for every intended commercial use.
